I'm a Kkmenu user and I do skins to match most of the suites here at Wincustomize.

Someone left a comment in one of my skins and I wonder how many users of the Kkmenu docklet that bought ObjectDock Plus are not using it anymore or think that is still a good docklet for ObjectDock.

In my opinion, I like a lot ObjectDock Plus, but I can’t enjoy using it without the Kkmenu.

Hi Luis, First, thanx for the work you have put into your skins. I have been using Kk menu from the earliest versions. I use your skins and my own with OD+, and like you, enjoy the eye candy aspect, as well as the added functionality of the Kk Docklet. I also use the 2.80.exe with AveDesk 1.1 for great desktop, and floating menus. I have used many other menu apps, but I have found Kk unbeatable.

Hiya....I have never used Kkmenu docklet....so I can only comment based on what I think it does. To me it appears that Kkmenu adds a skinnable startmenu to your ObjectDock. ObjectDock Plus adds a startmenu that is skinned with the current WindowBlinds skin without the need for any additional docklets or skins. If all I am looking for is a startmenu that is skinned, I don't think I need to look further than what is already offered with OD+. That is my opinion becuase I never used the free version of OD with Kkmenu, but I am using OD+. Not saying that my opinion is accurate, just only as accurate as my knowledge of Kkmenu....Hope that helps

Kkmenu allows one to make menus from any folder. Like left click-hold on a folder on OD, with much greater functionality and skinned with custom skins, not just the current WB menu skin.

With OD+ you can make menus from any folder as well and by using WB's per application setting you can pick any WB menu skin to use, not just the current one

I don't think I could live without the kkmenu...I still use it for 9 different menu groups...sure, the tabbed docks could replace it but I prefer the look, feel and versatility of the kkmenu docklet.
